Clive is an experienced public company non-executive director and chairman, having been chairman of a number of AIM companies in recent years, with direct experience in, amongst others, the oil & gas, oilfield services and mining sectors. Clive is currently Chairman of AIM listed Caspian Sunrise plc and Built Cybernetics plc.

Clive is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA) and was for 30 years a fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (FCT). While working in the UK broking industry Clive gained more than 15 years’ experience as a Qualified Executive under the AIM Rules where he ran the Corporate Finance departments of several of the larger and more active Nominated Adviser firms.
